Bob Treadway possesses a unique ability to integrate forecasts for effective strategy development. Most of his practice is executive sessions with directors and top management in think tank, brainstorming, future visioning, decision-making, and strategic planning projects.
He's called on to make forecasting presentations for a wide range of organizations and industries but participants often comment on the take-away, hands-on instruction that allows them to become better forecasters on their own. As one executive put it recently, "Your workshop, in just one short hour, helped the audience with HOW to think about their own businesses in the future."
He has been a guest lecturer and faculty for executive education sessions at the University of California Berkeley, Loyola, Illinois State, Oregon State and Kansas State Universities. His 16-year tenure on the faculty of the Institute for Management Studies educated thousands of Fortune 500 managers. He is a member of the Association of Professional Futurists, a charter member of the Society for the Advancement of Consulting, and was awarded the National Speakers Association's highest earned designation as a Certified Speaking Professional.

Today’s subcontractors face escalating administration requirements due to factors such as regulatory changes, varying billing requirements or extra forms, reports and documentation required on jobs which rob valuable time from each day. In addition to the tasks increasing, excessive calls, emails or meetings are needed to complete the tasks when there is already no more time left in the day.
The effective use of technology has enabled many subcontractors to turn the challenge of rising demands into an opportunity to stand out from the crowd.
This presentation highlights how top performers are using technology to overcome the growing demands of the trade.

Prior to Studio O+A she was a Project Manager & Project Architect for 10 years with Gensler in San Francisco. There she managed some of the largest and most complex projects the firm has undertaken. Notable projects include the complete renovation of the 8 buildings & courtyard of Facebook’s first campus in Menlo Park, the new vertical campus for Dolby Laboratories at 9th & Market in San Francisco and implementing 1 million square feet of new global design standards & real estate consolidation for Hewlett Packard.
Before Gensler she worked for Seidel Holzman in San Francisco, Meyer, Scherer and Rockcastle and Architectural Alliance, both in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Lisa was born and raised in Minnesota, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, with a Major in Architecture from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. She moved to San Francisco to in 2001 and continued to practice architecture. In 2005 she met the extraordinarily handsome product rep., Kevin New, who was making a call at the Gensler office, representing wood ceilings for consideration on a law-firm project she was working on at the time. He got the spec and the girl! They married and now live in Stinson Beach, California; a little slice of heaven along the Pacific Coast north of The City.
Kevin New is a co-founder and partner of The Finish Line located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Finish Line collaborates with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Consultants and Manufactures of Architectural materials used in commercial and residential construction.
Kevin’s career in the Ceilings and Wall Business began in 1986 as a draftsman at Air Factors- Lok Products in Pleasanton, California; manufacturers of custom integrated air distribution systems and ceilings components. He quickly progressed into a product design and systems sales role, developing major projects in North America and abroad. Kevin developed a unique ability to understand and work with the design community while supporting top architecture firms in the US.
In 1994 he was recruited by Acousta-Lite supply for architectural sales where was mentored by some of the most respected people in the architectural sales profession working with multiple manufactured products. There, Kevin met Mike Dorner and Joan Blackmon (now retired) and together they founded the Finish Line in 1996. Kevin is now considered, by the design community, one of the most trusted and reliable resources in the Bay Area for architectural product consultation and problem solving.
In his personal time Kevin is a craftsman. He credits his skill to years of working side by side on building projects with his father. Most weekends you will find him building one thing or another, often with materials he sells. Kevin holds a C2-California State Contractors License and a Home Improvement Classification.
Kevin is married to Lisa Bieringer, an Architect he met while collaborating on a project while she was at Gensler. She is now a Studio Director at Studio O+A and the two of them often spend evenings discussing the challenges of the industry from their unique perspectives. They have both gained a special understanding of other disciplines within the design, rep and construction community from these conversations, affording them the opportunity to practice their profession in a more informed, holistic way. Kevin and Lisa reside in Stinson Beach California.
